We have created virtual copy of Air Travel consultant Irina. She knows her job the best as real Air Travel consultant and therefore candidate talks with someone, who does the job everyday. To verify required abilities of the candidate, chatbot Irina uses entertaining language tests to test candidate‘s English and other languages.
We want to deploy our chatbot on the Facebook page of Lufthansa InTouch and Messenger connecting Facebook and Instragram ads. Then we also plan to deploy NLP model to ensure that the chatbot will be able to answer the most frequented asked questions such as remuneration, employee benefits, commuting to work, accommodation, company culture etc.
